Download Windows 98 Themes for Windows 7

Anyone who’s feeling a bit of nostalgia for good ol’ Windows 98 can now enjoy Windows 98 themes on their Windows 7. Manan over at I’m Just Being Manan managed to extract Windows 98 Plus! Themes and package the wallpaper, mouse pointers, desktop icons, and color scheme in 16 themes.

The author also gives instructions on how to customize different aspects of the theme if you prefer. You can download the theme pack here. Installing themes is as simple as double-clicking on them. We’ve added these themes to our ever-growing collection at our Windows 7 themes page.
